Tatu was modelled after a male Eastern Black Rhino that lives @batonrougezoo.

An old friend works with him and provided some photos and inspiration for this piece.

According to statistics,  1028 rhinos were poached in 2017. In the not so distant future, an art gallery or zoo may be the only place to see one of these magnificent creatures.
